Hello. I initiated 3 conversations with the live chat agents, first one told me that regardless that I received a message from idmobile that the port has finalised I should wait for 22:00 (24.10). 2nd one walked me through a multitude of fixes with the last resort to go to Currys and request a new SIM. Did that. Part of issue solved, any kind of OTP, security check, confirmation, still not received. 3rd one interrupted (25.10.2025).
Now I can't access the live chat in any way I try and I also cannot receive any sort of OTP messages, probably a issue with split port after transferring from another network.
How can I access and receive any kind of support?
