PAC change over

I have just moved to ID from EE. I submitted the PAC and all other numbers required. I received the emails from ID confirming the changeover. I’ve woke this morning, restarted my new device and now I have no network, no phone calls in or out.

can anyone advise what to do?

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your services after the number transfer, please ensure that you have the iD Mobile SIM card in your handset and then try the below troubleshooting steps:

 

iPhone:


Go to Settings.
Tap Phone.
Tap My Number.
Use the delete button to remove the old number.
Use the keypad to enter the new number.
Tap Save.
1. Go to Settings
2. Messages
3. Turn off iMessage.
4. Go to General
5. Reset
6. Reset Network Settings.
7. Once the iPhone is open.
8. Go to Settings
9. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
10.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified.

 

Android:

 

Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

Hi Gemma, 

thanks for your help, I didnt realise i still had to use the e-SIM when moving number via PAC. But I’ve done that now and it all works
