I recently returned my phone due to connection problems & requested to cancel my contract. I received a small to say my sim would be moved to sim only. But when I went o  the app it says my account is now closed. I requested my pac code several times & have not received it. I can't get it via sms as I  am not any network with been disconnected by ID so need it sending via my email but still haven't received it can anyone help please ?
