Hi @Molly Hart,

Thank you for contacting iD Mobile.

If you’d like to transfer your existing number from iD Mobile to another network, you can request your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Through the iD Mobile app

Log in to the iD Mobile app.
Go to the Services section.
Select the option to leave iD Mobile or request your PAC.
Follow the on-screen instructions to obtain your code.

Option 2: By text message

Text PAC to 65075 from your iD Mobile number. You should receive your PAC by text message.
Once you have your PAC, give it to your new network provider so they can transfer your number.
