PAC code change info

Hi. Requested PAC code last week and sure ive entered it but cant recall having been given a date of change. Realise its Easter but surely i can check whether new number is coming through or not? Can you help, please?

    I switched to ID got my sim Putmy PACk on the app to keep my old number  .app always says something wrong.doesnt allowed me.why how can get help
