PAC Code not actioned

I wanted to keep my old number, I forwarded the PAC code and had a time and date confirmed. I have been told that it has now been sorted...but it does not seem to have worked. My new phone and ID account still has the new number? Do i need to do anything else.... or just keep waiting?

I’m really sorry to hear that your number transfer hasn’t gone through as expected I understand how important it is to have your original number working correctly, especially after receiving confirmation of a transfer date and time.

 

In most cases, once a PAC transfer has completed, your old number should automatically replace the temporary number on your iD Mobile account and device. As this hasn’t happened for you, it looks like it will need a closer look from our side.
