I had three mobile lines with Sky. One for me and one for each of my two kids.
All under my single control. I decided to transfer from Sky to ID mobile.
I’m now starting to regret the whole thing.
My number has transferred.
My son’s numbers have not.
As such, I am being charged by both sky mobile and ID for mobile line rental for my two kids lines.
All three PAC switches were detailed to ID Mobile on the same day.
My switch was finally completed on 16-01-2026
When I look at the ID mobile app on each of my kids phones I see
“Work In Progress!
You’re currently viewing the plan for xxxxxxxxxx, which already has a pending switch request”
This has read the same since before 16th January.
I have clicked the option on the app ‘Report a problem’ many times and left details of these issues.
I’ve done this on both numbers in the respective ID mobile apps a few times.
Nothing has ever happened in response.
I don’t think anything is happening here at all, so I am making contact with you again now - otherwise I will just keep paying two line rentals to SKY and two to ID mobile.
I now don't care about keeping the kids numbers - I have now asked for STACs from SKY and have them. I can't enter them anywhere though as it’s still a ‘work in progress’, when I select ‘Move to ID’ on the app/website.
Hopefully you can sort this, otherwise I will need cancel the move to ID for all 3 of us and return to SKY.
