Can I transfer my phone number by PAC from my old provider which is sim based to the IDMobile eSim that I already have a plan on please?

Hi @JAF1962,

Yes, you can transfer your existing number from your old provider to the iD Mobile eSIM that's already active on your account.

You'll first need to obtain a PAC code from your old provider and then submit it through your iD Mobile account. Once the transfer completes, your old number will replace the temporary iD Mobile number currently assigned to the eSIM.
