    Hi @Hedges

    Thank you for your message.

If you increase your bill cap to £5, you should be able to make those calls. If you're still unable to call the numbers after increasing your bill cap, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.

    Hi @Hedges,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble making the call.

Calls to 0800 numbers are free, but we're not sure what 150 refers to in your case. Could you let us know who or what you're trying to call?

If the number you're calling isn't included in your plan, you'll need to increase your bill cap before you can make the call, as out-of-plan chargeable calls are blocked once your bill cap has been reached.

You can view our call charges here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/call-charges

If you could provide a little more information about the number you're trying to call and where you're calling from, we'll be happy to help further.

    Regards,

    Hi @Hedges,

    We're sorry for the confusion.

Most UK calls are included in your allowance, but some numbers are chargeable. If a call isn't included and your bill cap has been reached, you won't be able to make the call.

You can check your bill cap in the iD Mobile app or your online account:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    • Go to Bills.
    • Select Manage Bill Cap.
    • Here you'll be able to see your current bill cap and increase it if required.

If you're still unsure why a particular number is being blocked, let us know which number you're trying to call (without sharing any personal information), and we'll be happy to advise further or you can go to our website and look under Out-of-plan charges | iD Mobile Network to see chargeable numbers.

    Regards,

    Hi @Hedges,

    We're sorry for any confusion.

A bill cap is a spending limit that prevents any charges outside of your monthly allowance. This includes things like premium-rate numbers, some service numbers (such as certain 08, 09 or 11 numbers), international calls, roaming charges and other out-of-plan services.

Calls to standard UK landline numbers (starting 01 or 02) and UK mobile numbers are normally included in your allowance, so they wouldn't usually use your bill cap.

You can check or change your bill cap by:

    • Logging into the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    • Going to Bills.
    • Selecting Manage Bill Cap.

There you'll be able to see your current bill cap and increase it if needed.

    Regards,
