phone number didn’t switch

My phone number was meant to switch over yesterday but nothing happened. No update received from id. Do I need to reschedule?

Alternatively, please reach out to us directly via email at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and include the following details:

 

Full name

Full address

Mobile phone number

Email address

Pac code and number you want to keep

 

Once we receive this information, we’ll be able to check the status of the switch and advise whether any further action is needed.

Thanks, in the meantime I received an email informing me it would happen to today, I will follow the instructions above if it’s not successful today, thanks

Please make sure you have the correct iD Mobile SIM inserted in your phone.

If the switch still hasn’t happened, please wait until 6pm today as sometimes it can take longer.

If it still hasn’t switched by then, let us know and we’ll assist further.
