plan hasnt started

I purchased the 20GB / unlimited texts & calls plan for £8 a month via a friend referral link on 29/08/26 along with an eSIM. I requested transfer of my number via PACS from my old provider (O2). My number switched 11/09/26 but my contract hasn’t started and I have no access to internet, calls or texts
