I’m trying to change my provider from o2 to I’d but when I fill in the online form it says my post code does not exist. We have had this post code for the last 15 years at least. What do I do please?

    Hi @judey1 ,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble when trying to switch from O2 to iD, I understand how frustrating that must be, especially when the postcode is valid.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Double-check the postcode is entered in the correct format (with a space in the middle, e.g. AB1 2CD).
    • Try entering the address manually instead of using autofill suggestions.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
    • Attempt the form using a different browser or device.
    • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and retry.
    • Make sure any VPN or ad-blockers are turned off, as these can interfere with address lookups.

If the postcode still isn’t recognised after this, it may be an issue with the address database on the form. In that case, please let us know here so we can discuss further.
