Hello,
I have recently bought a new SIM card from ID. When I try to register it and enter the number from the card that I just opened, I receive a message saying that it is already registered and that I should use another number.
I also tried changing the number by entering the PAC code and all required data, but it still does not accept it.
Could you please help me solve this issue?

Hi,
I have a question regarding SIM registration.
Is it possible to have two SIM cards (two phone numbers) registered under the same email address with ID Mobile?
My wife bought a SIM card for our daughter and used the same email address that she already uses for her own ID Mobile SIM. I just want to make sure this won’t cause any issues or conflicts with registration or activation.

Hi — is there anyone who can help me step by step to transfer my old number to a new SIM and then activate the SIM on that number?
The new SIM is already inserted in my phone. I have the PAC code and can provide IMEI and account details. Please connect me to an agent who can guide me through the process.
