When I signed up there was a promotion for a Galaxy tab 11, when I have looked at claiming it, you say the offer expired. The date the offer expired is 2 months before I signed up. Why is this?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry for the confusion around this. That definitely shouldn't be the case if the offer was still showing as available when you signed up. Could you let us know where you saw the Galaxy Tab 11 promotion advertised

I signed up on the 5th of September, in the documentation I've received it says promotion Galaxy Tab 11, your boards say the promotion ended in July

If the Samsung Galaxy Tab offer was advertised as part of your purchase, but the claim page is showing an expiry date from before you placed your order, we’d recommend contacting the point of sale where you purchased the phone. They’ll be able to check which promotion was attached to your order and advise you further.

Thank you I'll try the point of sale, I think I need to contact the industry ombudsman also, definitely feels like mis-selling. Luckily it's mentioned in all the documentation I've received.

I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused.

As mentioned on the iD Mobile website, promotional offers of this type need to be claimed through the relevant promotion claim process.

For the Samsung promotion, the claim will need to be submitted using the following website: https://samsung-offers.claims/

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process the promotional claim directly through iD Mobile, so this would be the route you’ll need to follow to claim the offer.
