Received repeated error messages while trying to transfer my old number

Thanks for getting in touch , I’m sorry you’re seeing repeated errors when trying to transfer your number.


Here are a few things to check:

- Make sure your PAC code and account details are correct.
-. Use the transaction reference from your welcome email (it should start with a “4”).
-. Try submitting the request using a different browser or device.
0. If you entered the PAC during checkout, the transfer may already be in progress.

If the issue continues, please email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk with your account details and a screenshot or description of the error. We’ll be happy to look into it and help get your number transferred.
