Receiving verification messages late

I have recently switched to ID Mobile as I upgraded to an iPhone 16. I have kept my old number, but since I changed network providers I have been receiving verification messages for apps such as Gmail at least 12 hours late. All other messages have been working fine.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there ​@gharris3112, when you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Hi, I’m still receiving verification codes too late. This is for trying to sign into MyID Mobile

Hi there ​@gharris3112, is the issue only with the iD Mobile OTP and not any others?
