Hi @Robyn Cloake,

Thanks for getting in touch.

iD Mobile doesn’t offer iPads as part of our phone packages, so if an iPad was included as a promotional offer when you purchased your phone, you’ll need to contact the point of sale where the order was originally placed.

They’ll be able to advise you on how to redeem the offer and any applicable terms.

Hi Gemma,

Thank you for your response.

To clarify, I upgraded my contract directly with iD Mobile, and my new monthly plan includes both the phone and a promotional tablet. I was recently informed that I must claim this tablet separately within 30 days of receiving my phone, using the device's serial number.

Because promotional claims can be quite complicated, I would really appreciate it if a representative from iD Mobile could call me to walk me through the exact steps required to ensure I don't miss out on this offer.

Please call me at your earliest convenience on {REMOVED}.

Many thanks,

Hi @Robyn Cloake,

Thanks for clarifying.

There are currently no promotional offers that include an iPad. We do, however, have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 11 promotional offer available with eligible purchases.

You can check the promotional offers linked to your purchase and find the relevant claim instructions here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer

Please also avoid posting your mobile number or any other personal information in your Community comments, as this is a public platform.
