Hii 

When i when I ordered the same I request for to keep my old number I submitted my all the details online and I chose date 31 December but it's not done yet

    I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been experiencing with your number transfer. Due to the Christmas and New Year holiday period, number transfers were temporarily paused, but they will resume from tomorrow.
