Hi,i recently got a new sim from idmobile but forgot to include PAC number before ordering.how can i get my old number in this new sim.please help

    Hi ​@Bikal ,

     

    No problem, you can still keep your old number. You just need to request a new PAC code from your current provider (text PAC to 65075 or contact them).

    Once you have the PAC, go to the iD Mobile app, select “Keep my number”, enter the PAC and your old number, and submit. The transfer usually completes within 1 working day.
