second number doesn't show up

Hi,

I have the same problem, as follows:

1. I previous bought an eSIM
2. I have recently bought another
3. That number has a complication - I understand it has been issued, also, to someone else
4. My QR Code for the eSIM has not arrived yet.
5. I have paid the money but not got an active eSIM.
6. I have tried contacting human support at IDMobile, via the chatbot, and by email.
7. I have not resolved the problem yet (5 days later), and my second number does not appear on my account.

Any help would be really, really gratefully received.
