Second Sim

I see there is a 90 day waiting period for adding a new contract.  It’s a little frustrating as i was hoping to move my family mobiles over.

Is it just for a  second phone contract?  Can i still get two new sims form iD and move them over from my current provider or do i have to wait for that too?

Unfortunately it applies to all new connection. SIM only and handset plans.

Ah thats really dissapointing as ive got three phones about to go out of contract and need 1 new phone and 2 extra sin plans before xmas.  It seems mad for them to lose business this way.  Ive obviously passed the credit check.

 

Maybe my move from o2 was missguided

With each new order, iD Mobile will perform additional credit checks.

Yeah get that so there shouldn’t really be an issue.  It’s not a credit issue rather a policy issue which is dissapointing
