I've got a sim for my partner and it's using  data  but cant use it to ring from.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I’m sorry to hear your partner is having trouble making calls.

     

    If data is working but calls aren’t, it could be related to network settings, coverage, or how the SIM has been set up. A few quick things to try:

    Restart the phone
    Make sure airplane mode is off
    Check that the correct network is selected in settings
    Ensure VoLTE/4G calling is enabled (if available on the device)
