Requested to go pay monthly with out changing number or sim can you confirm this is the case

If you have requested to move to a Pay Monthly SIM Only plan while keeping your existing number and SIM, this is usually done as an upgrade on your current account, so your number and SIM remain the same.

 

You will be able to move to a SIM Only plan from 24 days before your contract end date.

 

To check or complete this:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app
  • Go to Upgrade
  • View available SIM Only options and select the plan you’d like
