Sim??

I have just switched and it’s due to go live tonight. 
I sent my PAC number at payment. 
do I just move my sim from my old phone to my new one??

    hi, i signed last week a new SIM card contract, but I don't have delivery yet. Can you please check or you tell me what happened? Because I was still wait for delivery. I'm not receiving. Can you please check if everything's all right.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your SIM card delivery.

     

    As we're unable to check order details from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can check the status of your order and confirm whether there are any delays.

    They'll be able to look into what's happened and provide an update on your delivery.

    Yes, that's correct.

     

    If you've already submitted your PAC code and your number transfer is due to complete tonight, you can simply move your iD Mobile SIM into your new phone.

     

    Once the transfer completes:

    • Your existing number will move across to the iD Mobile SIM.
    • Calls, texts and data should start working on the new phone.
    • You may need to restart the phone after the transfer has completed.

     

    During the transfer process, it's normal to experience some temporary disruption to calls, texts and data.
