sim not working

Hi i have getting a sim onlh contract for my son and i’ve inserted it an waited 24 hours and its still not working? I have also done everything on the support page.

I’m really sorry to hear your son’s SIM still isn’t working. I understand how frustrating that is, especially after waiting and trying the troubleshooting steps.
 

Let’s run through a few quick checks:

• Restart the phone with the SIM inserted
• Make sure Airplane Mode is OFF
• Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Network Selection → Automatic
• Check the SIM is properly seated (remove and reinsert it)
• Try the SIM in another phone if possible to rule out a device issue
• Check for any activation email/text and allow up to 24 hours after first insertion
 

If there is still no service after 24 hours and full troubleshooting, it may indicate a SIM activation or provisioning issue, and we’ll need to look into this further on our side.
