SIM NOT WORKING

My porting was supposed to happen today from Vodafone. The Vodafone service went off early this morning and I’ve been unable to make calls all day or use my phone away from my house. When will the new SIM start working with my old number?

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been without full service today during your number transfer from Vodafone.

When a porting process begins, it is normal for your old SIM to stop working first while the number is being moved across networks. The iD Mobile SIM may take a short time after this to fully activate with your number, and this process can sometimes take a few hours to complete once the transfer has started.

Please try the following:

Restart your phone
Ensure the iD Mobile SIM is inserted correctly
Wait up to a few hours for full activation to complete

Hi it’s working now but I cannot access voicemails. I’m setting up the pin and every PIN number I can yr in including 0000 and 1234 as suggested for previous people having the same issue doesn’t work

Please could you check if the voicemail feature is enabled on the app as well as this could prevent access.
