Sim not working in new phone how do you get another

Hi community 

I have just joined id and my sim isn’t working in my new phone..

it says no sim- no service so don’t know how to get a new one from ID mobile 

Can anyone help?

Is your phone compatible with the iD Mobile network?

 

Check the network settings:



If the SIM is still not working then you can try:-

1 - Try turning your device off and on again
2 -  Removing and cleaning the SIM card with a soft cloth to remove dirt
3 - Try reseating the card
4 - Testing the SIM in another phone
5 - Visit your local Currys store and get a replacement
6 - Contact the Live Chat for assistance:-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

It did yes .....sorry- 

When i try to log in it asks for id mobile phone number! [Which is the number that wont work-so can recieve the text] 😆

Ill get in touch monday soon as someone available in open hours..
