so i have my new id sim card but how di input the pac code to retain my own number

Thank you for getting in touch.
To move your existing number from Smarty to your new iD Mobile SIM, you will need to use your PAC code.
To do this:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app or online account
- Go to Services
- Select Switch to iD / Keep my number
- Enter your PAC code and the mobile number you want to transfer
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer
Once submitted, your existing Smarty number will automatically move over to your iD Mobile SIM within the next working day or as advised during the process.
