starting my deal

I want to speak to someone about starting my sim only deal as I got my number released from o2 and I’m clueless off what I do next

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    Your SIM-only plan will have started from the date the plan was accepted, so you don’t need to manually start the contract.

     

    If you’ve received a PAC code from O2 and you’re looking to transfer your O2 number over to your iD Mobile plan, please let us know and we can advise you on how to complete the number transfer.
