I have my PAC code, but didn't use it at checkout, DPD have advised that my phone delivery is going to be later than promised. Is there a way I can start the number transfers process now? I have downloaded the App, but when I register my new phone it sends a code to the new number (which i don't have yet) before I can go any further. I need my number processing ASAP, because of my circumstances.

Is there any way I can speak to someone to start the process now?
