I have joined Idmobile from another provider. I have received email to say that activation has taken place but I have no network. I went to app and they said I would receive a text but nothing has come. I've tried many times and followed various solutions but nothing has worked. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Is there anything I can do?

Hi ​@Miffer, may I please ask if you have chosen the option of an eSim or a physical sim. If it is a physical sim card, it comes activated and if it is an eSim please scan it to activate it on the phone.

Thanks. It was an eSIM. It was my error, I did everything from my house. Decided to go for a drive and as soon as I got out in my car all text messages started to arrive. Note to self next time, find a telecoms mast and connect first time from underneath!!
