Hello, I have ordered a SIM card from iD mobile and in the process of setting it up the temporary phone number that came pre-activated with my SIM card has not been able to receive any texts in order to switch my temporary phone number to my original one.

The first part of the PAC set-up has worked, that being getting the code but I am unable to put this in because of the step of receiving a text in order to verify my account. My phone also doesn’t have any signal which I would imagine would be the problem but don’t know how to solve it as there is nothing wrong with my phone or the network around me.
