Switch numbers to ID Mobile

How do I go about switching my 3 x kids mobile numbers from O2 on to ID Mobile SIM only deals?

Hi @SteveS67,

To move your children's numbers from O2 to iD Mobile, you'll first need to place the SIM-only orders for each child.

Once the SIMs have arrived and are active, you can transfer each O2 number across using a PAC code from O2.

If you'd like assistance choosing and ordering the SIM-only plans, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

They'll be happy to help you get everything set up.
