Switch Scheduled For Today But Still Showing Temp ID Mobile Number On eSim

Signed up last week to ID Mobile, and used the requested Pac Code from current provider to schedule a switch day, which is today 08/08/2025. All confirmed in the documents on sign up.

 

As of this morning, it is still showing my given ID Mobile number on sign up on the activated eSim in my phones sim manager, and my current provider, which is still working, in slot SIM 1. I was expecting my current provider in SIM 1 would not be active, but it still is

 

I was thinking the swich would have happened at midnight last night, or is it midnight tonight? Or will the switch happen throughout today?

Hi there ​@CH73, all number switches complete by 10pm on the selected date, so should be sorteed now.

Joined ID mobile yesterday. My old number has been transferred across from Lebara and appears in the id mobile app - but not on my Settings page. Why? The Mobile Service settings page still has the temporary id Mobile number.
