i switched to ID a few weeks ago but the switch wasn’t fully successful because I can’t receive texts from my bank (or probably any short code sms texts) so I can’t use my bank card online anymore (I wonder how id mobile is going to feel about this when I can’t pay the bill!!! ) I have tried live chatting it’s always the same suggestions they don’t work and meanwhile the team will not answer if they have checked if I can receive short code sms texts. They simply just disconnect from the chat so I have to start a new one with another service agent who suggests the same things that have already not worked. I want to be able to spend on my bank card again. I also think it’s disgusting that the complaint form only works during office hours and there is no customer service that I can ring
