I’ve had the email from 02 that my account is closed and now my number isn’t working. Have an email fromID that the switch will complete by 10pm. I’ve inserted my ID sim and am waiting for my confirmation tex and email…. A bit confused as the email that my old number with be fully transferred as I requested with my pac number.  Will this happen after I get my switching email and text as I still have the id number.

Be patient and wait until 10pm for your number port to complete.
