switching providers

Hi

I have an iD e sim and want to keep my old number (was with O2) I currently have a primary number (one I want to keep) and a secondary number (new iD one). I have two signal bars on my iPhone (O2 one and iD one). Phone is still saying O2 are my provider. I signed up with iD Monday night with the PAC from O2. O2 rang yesterday morning to do the ‘we can match the deal goodbye’ phone call. When will O2 go and iD start?
