I’ve just bought a phone through mobiles.co.uk and need to switch my number from EE to ID mobile. I try to log into the app using the ID mobile number but it doesn’t send me a code to log in

Thank you for your post. I’m sorry you’re having trouble logging in and getting set up.

 

As you’ve just joined us and are moving your number from EE, you’ll need to complete your number transfer using your PAC code rather than the app login process at this stage. The SMS verification can sometimes not work until the number transfer is fully completed.

 

To get this sorted, please contact our team directly with your PAC code and the number you want to keep, and we’ll be able to process the transfer for you:

Once that’s done, your number will be moved over and you’ll be able to log in and manage your account normally.

Chat bot is telling me to log into the app but I can’t do that. Is there a number that I can speak to someone please
