I am trying to leave my current provider and have requested a PAC code. I looking into networks and have chosen ID Mobile, I picked a plan, chose to keep my number and checked out - it didn’t provide an area to put the PAC code.
I then had a confirmation email of ID mobile and downloaded the eSIM with it saying it’s now my primary number.
What do I do next?
I tried logging into I’d mobile and it says the details won’t match to then switch through the app, and the only other option says when purchasing to add the PAC code then, but it didn’t offer it. So I don’t know what to do, and how I’ll know the process it happening or whether my ID mobile contract has even begun.
