I have bitter experience with ID custmer service. My contract has been started when the sim card is dispatched and counted my contract period for less than 30 days. All the other service providers count the contract perios from the date the sim card is activated but this is not fair. When I seek for an assistant in this regard the agent did not want to help me with that indirectly told me to leave ID mobile. ID mobile is cheating with contract period (less than 30 days)
The contract period includes less than 30 days
