The website won’t let me pick a date to keep my phone number.

I’m attempting to use the switch website to keep my old number, everything is working except when I get to the page asking me to pick a date for the switch. When I enter any date, whether it’s within or outside of the thirty days, a red message pops up telling me that the date I’ve selected is outside the 30 days that the pac code lasts for and to pick a sooner one. It’s currently the 1st of oct 2025 and I’m picking the third of the same month and year or any day after that and the message still pops up. I have no idea what to do, has anyone got any solutions?

Hi ​@FleurHudson  when did you get your PAC? They are only valid for 30 days, if you have had the PAC a while that may be the reason and you may need to request a new one.

I received my PAC code less than a day ago.

Hi, sorry for the delay, I cleared the cookies but by that time the PAC was actually about to run out, so I waited until I could ask for a new one and It’s now sorted. Still not sure what the original issue was, perhaps it wasn’t to do with ID mobile and instead my previous mobile provider. Thank you for all the helpful suggestions though. :)
