Transfer of Old No

Hi

I’ve requested transfer of my phone number from previous supplier (Three).

Three have confirmed that they have closed my account today.

My new ID mobile account shows the tel number they gave me.

When can I expect my old mobile number to be transferred and appear on the ID mobile app?
