transferring current number to iD additional SIM

I have just joined iD. After registering the first SIM I have just registered a second SIM for my son but don't know how to port his number over. I don't get the option to keep current number. Any advice?

    Hi ​@Jask 

    I am assuming that your son is already registered with another network and has a different number to you??

    If so, then you need to request a PAC code from your sons provider and transfer it that way:-
    https://my.idmobile.co.uk/switch-to-id/keep-number
    (Using the old SIM from the previous provider, text PAC to 65075. This PAC will be valid for 30 days.)

    Hi, I already have the PAC but I can't see the option in the app to use the PAC number to keep the number. It was there when I registered the first SIM but can't see how to do it when registering a second SIM. Any advice much appreciated.
