I have just switched over to iD Mobile and when I chose to do my swap I provided my PAC code. I have been given a new mobile number but I can’t access the app as I can’t provide the confirmation code that is sent to that number, but my old number isn’t being recognised either.
I’m not sure if the switch over has been done or not, I’m just unsure where to go from here as it says my bill starts from the 25/05/26. Any update would be great.
