tryinb to keep my old phone number and couldn’t find where to entrr pac

I’ve recently ordered a sim only plan, and I want to keep my old number from Vodafone , I had received a PAC from Vodafone to enter into checkout. 
However I was unable to find where to enter PAC.

I have tried to register on the app however I don’t have a mobile id number yet , do I have to wait to receive my sim before I can change it to my old number?
