Trying to port my number but can't find Transaction number

Hello,

I downloaded the eSim on my iPhone and now I need to port my number from EE.

I’ve got the PAC but can’t find a “Welcome to ID” email with the transaction number, so the system won’t let me switch.

Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Hi there ​@flamminz, sorry to hear that. This should’ve been emailed when you purchased. Did you purchase via iD Mobile online, or one of our third party sites such as Carphone Warehouse or Mobiles.co.uk?
