Unable to add my PAC code at time of order

I ordered my Sim Card early this morning but it gave no option to put my PAC Code in. I looked at the info I received and it says login to your account and select Switch, but I can’t do that as I don’t yet have an id mobile number. MY PAC Code runs out this coming Sunday and my current contract runs out next Tuesday and I am worried that my PAC Code and current contract will end before the switch over. Will I end up losing the number I have now? I really don’t want this as everything I have is attached to this mobile number. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for reaching out. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused and completely understand how important it is for you to keep your number. 

 

Please note that since the switch was not processed on the day the order was place you will need to wait for the SIM to arrive in order for you/ us to process the switch again. 

 

Please be assured that this is expected, and your number is not at risk.

 

A few key points to reassure you:

  • A PAC code is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued
  • If it expires before you use it, you can simply request a new PAC from your current provider
  • Your number will not be lost just because the code expires

Once your SIM arrives:

  • You’ll be able to log in to your iD Mobile account
  • Go to the Switch/Keep my number option
  • Enter your PAC code and complete the transfer
