unable to add PAC to account

I need to supply a PAC for my new contract with ID, it says I can add this in my ID mobile but it’s asking me for an ID mobile number to set up

my account. I don’t have one yet as I want to switch my current number. How do I do this?

I’m experiencing the same issue nothing at check out advises no id mobile then it tells me email and password are incorrect - not a good start

 

advice please

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Please note that you are able to process switch on the app/website, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app.
  • Select Services.
  • Choose Switch or Keep My Number.
  • Select the option that applies to you:
  • Transfer a number to iD Mobile (if you're joining from another network).
  • Keep your current number (if you've obtained a PAC from your previous provider).
  • Enter the requested information, including your PAC code and the number you wish to transfer.
  • Review the details and submit the request.

Once submitted, you'll receive confirmation of the switch date. Number transfers normally complete on the agreed date and can take place at any time up to 10:00 PM. During this time, you may experience a temporary loss of service.

I have just updated all the information thank you it seems my data and number should be transferred tomorrow
