unable to contact 111 services

Hi, I’m unable to contact 111 or my local doctors. After researching online, there is a known issue with ID Mobile due to 4G calling (VoLTE) is disabled on your account profile. Please can you please wise a technical ticket to manually enable and provision 4G Calling (VoLTE) on my line. Thank you.

I can confirm this is a problem on ID mobile. I also can't call 111 with the network disconnecting me every time saying unable to reach a server.

I tried calling on 3 different occasions. The network won't let me connect. This is too important and for this reason I will be charging the network.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been unable to connect to 111 despite trying on several occasions. We appreciate how concerning this is given the importance of being able to access this service.

There isn’t currently a known issue affecting 111 calls across iD Mobile, so we’d recommend contacting our Live Chat team and asking them to investigate this further and raise a technical ticket where required.

Please explain that you’ve already attempted the call several times and are receiving the “unable to reach server” message so this can be included in the investigation.
