Unable to login to account with current details and no QR Code email for eSim

I have just migrated to iD mobile from VOXI. I have received a welcome email but no email containing a QR Code. When I try to login to my account, the details I provide are not being accepted. I have a PAC code but have not seen a field to populate it so how can I login to my account and how can I activate my phone with the eSim?
